Rules

• 1. Respect all players, admins and moderators.
• 2. No cheating, hacking, or use of third-party scripts. Guitar scripts are allowed as long as they don't affect gameplay.
• 3. No exploiting game-breaking glitches (e.g., glitching under the map in caves).
• 4. No attempts or threats to DDoS the servers or other players; this will result in a ban.
• 5. No disclosing (or threats of disclosing) personal information such as names, addresses, or any form of doxxing.
• 6. Any attempts to evade a ban on the server will result in another ban on the new account (typically for a longer duration).
• 7. Any attempts to charge back VIP kits will result in a permanent ban from all Enardo servers.
• 8. No reselling or trading kits for real-life currency.
• 9. No Rust game bans (or game-banned alt accounts) within the last 365 days.
• 10. Any association with a game-banned Rust account or playing with a user with a game-banned Rust account within the last 365 days will result in a ban.
• 11. All public chat must be in English. Non-English communication is only allowed in private messages to ensure clarity and inclusivity for all players.

Payments & Refunds

All payments are final and non-refundable. Attempting a chargeback will result in a permanent irreversible ban from all of our servers.

It may take between 1-15 minutes for your purchase to be granted in-game. If your purchase hasn’t been credited after this period, please open a support ticket on our Discord with proof of purchase, and we will look into your issue.
